We have installed the metronic laravel version and the css and html link is broken. We can't use it properly

I working on the Metronics Laravel app.
It was working well before I run "Composer update" to install the DebugBar.
After the upgrade I can't login to App.
Getting "Sorry, looks like there are some errors detected, please try again." error message.
