I am working on integrating Webpack with the Metronic template and noticed that plugins can be added in two different ways:
1. Through importExtraPlugins() in webpack.config.js.
2. By placing the plugin inside webpack/plugins/custom/ and importing it in plugins.js....
I have just bought Metronic license recently.
Metronic 8 has chat apps (private chat, group chat etc.). But so far I have failed to find equivalent of those for Metronic 9. I am using next.js + tailwind, so I only focus on Metronic 9. I would really appreciate any guidance on this subject.

We will start a new project soon with metronic template, but with the tailwind 4 release. We can wait a little longer to avoid mass rewrite of html part.
