Upgrading from codebase version 8.2.0 to 9

Hello -

I am currently interested in upgrading my current app code base to the most recent version of the Metronic code base ver. 9.

Is there a guide for this to ensure we do not break our app?

App Stack in Laravel 9 + Metronic 8.2.0

Hi,

Please note that Metronic v8 and v9 are 2 different templates with own codebase.
v8 is based on bootstrap while v9 is based on tailwind.

So you will need to integrate v9 from scratch as a new template.

Sean

Gotcha.

So there is no way to upgrade the code base we already have built with the new 9 code base?

Where can I find the most recent codebase for 8.x.x?

Hi,

Unfortunately this is technically impossible where 2 codebases based on 2 different frameworks and also design vise 2 different templates.

Regards,
Sean
