i download the metronic v9 from themeforest but i can't find laravel / veiw version ,
how can i download it ?

Metronic 9 Tailwind http://keenthemes.com/metronic is available only for HTML/JS and React frameworks.

However, you can fully use the Metronic 9 HTML templates with Laravel by referring to our Laravel Guide. We have also a Laravel Starterkit for Demo 1

You can consider using Metronic Composer for Metronic 9 HTML templates.
It will speed up your HTML integration with Laravel.
