Metronic 8 Laravel + Vue


Just picked up Metronic 8 and am trying to get started with a Laravel/Vue project. Can't find any good getting started resources for the new version. Trying to follow and modify this walkthrough for Metronic 7, (https://keenthemes.com/metronic/?page=docs&section=vue-laravel-integration) but not getting very far. Anyone know of a version of this for Metronic 8? The straight laravel docs aren't helping much either because they don't mention how to bring in the vue components.
