Metronic 7 React, change the node version to either 16 or 18.


How do i change the node version of metronic 7 to either 16 or 18?

when i try to change the node version either 16 or 18 and try to run npm install it throws multiple errors and the main error i am getting is for node-sass.

Hi,

Metronic v7 uses an older version of React so it's not possible to automatically update it to React v16 or 18.

Between Metronic v7 and Metronic v8, there are plenty of breaking changes due to React version evolution.
