License Issue

Hello,
We are going to purchase one of your metronic themes.

(metronic-responsive-admin-dashboard)

through which
1. We will create a web application for internal use for the organization.

2. In the future, it is also possible to sell the deployed web application to other organizations as SAAS (Software as a Service)

3. It is also possible to sell to another organization the deployed web application on premise, without source code and without resale rights.

What license conditions should we consider in these cases?

Dealing with a license issue can be an opportunity to review and streamline your systems, ensuring everything is up-to-date and functioning smoothly. For example, if you’re managing something like R2 Parking Registration for a property, confirming that your licensing is active and compliant can enhance service reliability, prevent disruptions, and improve user confidence. Resolving license issues promptly allows you to maintain seamless operations and reinforces trust in your platform, making sure users can continue to access essential features without interruption. This proactive approach benefits both your business and your customers.

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Metronic.

Please note one license(regular or extended) is limited to a single use. For each setup on-premise you will need to purchase a separate license. The license type depends on the charging model of the end product. If the end product is used as a SaaS and it charges its end users then the extended license is required, otherwise, for products where end users are not charged the regular license will suffice.

In your case, you will need one regular license for your internal use application. When you release a SaaS site and charge end users you will need an extended license.
When you sell your SaaS to a client and set up it on-premise then you will need a separate license(if the client charges end users then the extended license is required, otherwise the regular license will be fine).

If you enquire for further assistance or have questions, we invite you to join our products community at https://devs.keenthemes.com/. There you can get assistance and guidance from KeenThemes core developers and community members.

Regards
