keenicons not working on Production


Hi there, I'm using Metronic 8 for ASPN .NET Core. Icons work correctly on localhost but when I deploy it to a staging site I'm not able to see the icons. I see a white square instead. I've been researching about this issue but I found nothing about it.

Hi,

Please make sure that your web server on production can serve(usually by default server disable font files loading) font files.
Check your console log and see if you have any 500 or 403 error codes when trying to load KeenIcon files.

Thanks for your response. I have checked and I don't get any errors.
keenicons-duotone.ttf?eut7fk and keenicons-duotone.woff?eut7fk load correctly.

Hi,

Can you please provide us with a test link to your site? If it's working on your local but not on your prod server, that indicates an issue with your code. This is not a common issue of Metronic. If you provide us a test link in a private reply we can help to investigate it.
