Do you have any guidance on how to convert the Metronic Blazor Server app (using .NET 7) into a Blazor Web App - (interactivitytype = Server) (using .NET 8)?

I was planning on leveraging the benefits of the different rendering modes in the new .NET 8 Blazor Server App, but I find it difficult to adjust the App.razor, Routes.razor, etc.

Currently, we don't have a tutorial for this. Our current Metronic Blazor version is based on .NET 7, and we plan to migrate to .NET 8 in the next Metronic versions.

Thank you for the update. However, I am not interested in Blazor Webassembly. Instead, my focus is on developing a Blazor Server App where I aim to utilize various rendering modes, such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Stream Rendering.
Could you please inform me when the features I am requesting, specifically related to Blazor Server App and the aforementioned rendering methods, will become available in Metronic?
