Why there are two body tags?


I noticed in the html structure of the Angular template there are two <body> tags

Why is there such a need, which is not recommended in html

I am using Metronic 8 and demo2
The 2 body is present in the login page mostly
https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/angular/demo2/auth/login

If you inspect the html with google developer tools you will see 2 body tags
