Unable to Download Metronic UI Kit After Purchasing All Access


Hi Team,

I recently purchased the All Access license package directly from your official website (not via ThemeForest). While going through the resources, I noticed there’s a Metronic Figma UI Kit available, which I’d like to download.

However, I’m unable to download it because it asks for a purchase code. Since I bought All Access directly from your site, I don’t see any purchase code but order ID which I tried but will not work.

Could you please assist me with access to the Figma file or guide me on how to retrieve the purchase code?

Perhaps the system is mistakenly requesting a ThemeForest-specific purchase code. I'd recommend contacting support directly; referencing your order ID should quickly resolve this for ensuring you unlock everything.
