I have entered the purchase code from themeforest and am unable to download Demo 18. Can you please send me the file, or provide another link?

Have you logged inyo devs.keenthemes.com and retried ? Did you receive any error during the download ? Could you please provide more details ?

Sure, I logged into this platform on multiple computers, used the purchase code and see the error:

As a note, I have a dev waiting to continue work on this theme. If you guys could look into my account, you'll see that I have a valid purchase code registered. Please send me a working link to download the theme, or just send the demo 18 to me for Metronic.
