Question about the Metronic theme capability and license
As I want to use this product for the website which deploys within 3 environments
1. SIT
2. UAT
3. Production
Will this product support all of these environments, and if it does, which license should I buy in order to fulfill this requirement?

You can go with one license from ThemeforestM and use it for one production and unlimited testing and dev instances.
The license type depends on your charging model. If your end product charges the end users as SaaS then you will need the extended license. Otherwise, the regular license will be fine.

The license can be purchased by the developer company and the
final product can be sold to a client. You can just send a copy of the license by downloading it from themeforest.net/downlaods and sending it to the client. In this case the purchased license will belong to the client and if you like to use Metronic for a new product or client you just purchase another license.

* If I am from company A
* I develop a product using Metronic web
* I sold the said product to company B
* I sold the said product to company C as well
* Both company B and C bought the same product from company A
* The company A has to purchase the license 2 times for the same product
* The first one is for company B and the second one is for company C event though they use the same product

Yes, you are right. Company A must purchase 2 separate licenses for each client. One license is limited to one end product.

If my company creates a program that has a license and the said program also uses the Metronic license as well.

Yes, you can sublicense Metronic as part of your license and Metronic's usage is covered by it's own license within your license. You can purchase the license and provide it in the product code as a reference for Metronic's license terms and proof of the license purchase.
Metronic can not track the license and it's usage. It's technically impossible for the HTML themes. We just believe almost 99% of the Metronic users like your company use it legally and fully follow the Themeforest license terms.
