I am planning to buy metronic theme as it fits my needs and requirements,

But I am confused about the licensing.

I want to create a note-taking web app and I will be using Metronic as its template.

The user can access the landing page, sign in and take a x number of notes,

But when he needs to have more than the x number of notes file the user needs to make a payment or subscribe monthly or yearly in order for him to write more notes,

The user can have several components inside of the note file but some of the features are only available in the paid version( like including a map inside the note file or adding some colors into the note file)

This is my case, I need to know which license is best for me.

I think the regular license works for me because I am not reselling the template in any way, I am just restricting some functionalities for the end-user or maybe some screens will not be accessed until the user upgrades to a premium account. if you can help me with that it will be appreciated.
