Can I use Metronic to manage customer assets and funds as a backend for a FinTech application and connect to flutter application Via API and create reports/input pricing algorithms.

Oh I see, so I still have to develop an entire system from scratch and just integrate Metronic into this?

Metronic is a front-end admin template. It is up to you to integrate the template into whatever application you wish to build. The template itself isn't an application.
