[Metronic 9] Google OAuth setup

Hello team,

I'm using Metronic 9, the flavor with Tailwind, React and NextJS in Typescript.

To properly setup Google OAuth2, I needed to specify the following callback URL `api/auth/callback/google` in my client configuration. I took the URL from the code, but it could be helpful to specify it in the README or as a comment in the `.env-example`.

Just a suggestion to simplify the bootstrap :-)
