Hello guys.
I have a quick and silly question. Everything that I see on the "Live Preview" is available in React version, correct ?

Hello
I want to ask something regarding the license. The standard is no saas, which means that you can't charge the end-users. If I have the standard and I charge the end users via a third-party integration mechanism (let's say Stripe), is that against the rules of the license?

Hi,

If you charge your end users using any payment method(your own or 3rd-party) then you will need to use the extended license. If you build a commerce site and sell goods online then you can use the regular license. However, if you charge your end users for any service provided online using Metronic based UI interface then the extended license will be required.

Regards.

Hello Sean, and thank you for your immediate response. I want to ask if there is a detailed page of what the extended license includes (regarding the templates, support, updates, upgrades etc.) except the following link?

Hi,

Both, regular and extended license is one-time payment and all future updates are available for free.

You can check more about the Themeforest license here and here.

Regards,
Sean

Hello Sean.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
After reading the Themeforest license I concluded that with a regular license, one can have an end product and sell services within the product. The end product will not be distributed to end users nor sold to them. The users will just log in to the end product, purchase a coupon using a third-party service (like Stripe), and consume a service with that coupon within the end product. I repeat that the end product will not be sold or distributed (source code of any kind or license), correct?

Hi,

If the service that is purchased will be provided with your site online then this will be counted as charging the end user for using your service and requires the extended license.

if you sell goods online like an e-commerce site does then you can go with a regular license however from what you explained your site will act like SaaS and charge the end users.

The extended license is still limited for one product, it does not mean to sell the end product to unlimited users. Themeforest requires each copy of the end product to have its license(regular or extended). However, an extended license is required if the end product charges the end users for using it.

Please

Regards.

Hello Sean.

What other options are available regarding the license? Can Themeforest customize a license to meet a customer's needs? To be honest, paying $969 for a simple and small project is a deal breaker. Are there other reasonably priced templates, or frameworks (in React) one can buy, or at least customize the extended one, because I will not utilize all the templates from the Meronic 8 (React), only the demo1 dashboard?

Hi,

The React version has its preview and only those features are provided for the React version: https://keenthemes.com/metronic/bootstrap

Please refer to the React tab to see all available features for the React version.

Regards.
