Make Sidebar is variable


I want to make sidebars in routing in angular like below

path: '', component: MollitMngComponent,
children: [

{
path: 'AccOvrw',
component: MngAccOvrwComponent,
children: [
{
path: '',
outlet: 'MollitSideCont',
component: MngSideBarComponent
},
]
},

but it don't appears
