Logo Click - Reset Menu Active Item


I'm using the logo as the "home" button (as most applications do) and do not have a "Home" menu item on the main menu. So, when I click the logo, it navigates home as it should, but nothing is triggered to reset the menu so that no menu item is set to active ("here" class).

Hi,

Usually, the menu active link state is handled in the server-side code based on the current page's URL by matching the menu link's URL. When the page is reloaded, the menu should also be regenerated accordingly on the server side. You can refer to the HTML version of Metronic and the inner HTML template pages and see the menu's active state classes and markup.
