KT Datatable and the Apps section is not available in the downloaded code
We referred to https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic/demo1/crud/ktdatatable/base/data-json.html and bought the theme. But we were not able to find that in the donwnloaded theme.
Whne checked the preview again, found this link which is close enough to the above mentioedn table. https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/demo1/apps/user-management/users/list.html but Alas!, not available in the downloaded code.
How can we get it?

This feature was released in Metronic
​Metronic's current version is v8 and v7 is not included in the download package.
However, if you have purchased v8 from themeforest item page you can send us your purchase code and we will provide you the download link.

So, the KTDatatables are not available in v7 for react but available in v8 react?

KTDatatable is a jquery plugin and it was not available in v7 for React.
But we are now preparing a new update for Metronic 8 React with native React datatable and crud solution. It will be released in a few days.

KTDatatable is jquery based plugin and it will not be available for React. We will be releasing a new CRUD solution based on React Table for Medtronic 8 in the next Metronic update.
May we expect the react table in the March Release?
Yes, It will be released in the next update Metronic v8.0.37 soon.
