IS vuex support will be available after updatng metronics to pinia


Hi team ,

I am using metronics 8x version which was developed on vuex for state management library . My question is :

If in latest updates metronic is using pinia as state management instead of vuex. Do i need to update my project with pinia. Frankly i don't want to change vuex to pinia .
is any disadvantage of it if i don't update my code base with latest metronic updates.
Also are you going to give support for vuex incase if i don't update to pinia for state management.

Hi,

It's not mandatory to switch, you can continue using Vuex instead of Pania. However, Pania is now our recommended state management library for Vue. We reference Pania modules in our layout component and on auth pages. If you switch to Pania, it may have fewer issues when applying new Metronic updates.
