Hi,

We are preparing examples of the modal for Angular and it will be released in the next version.
For now, you can use the same HTML makeup from the HTML version and it will fit the same in the Angular too.

About UserManagement, there is no exact ETA for now, it's in our backlog but not ready even for the RC.
