If you’ve already purchased a Metronic license, you can download the Tailwind React Demo 3 template directly from your KeenThemes account dashboard:

Log in to your account at keenthemes.com
.

Go to Downloads → locate Metronic under your purchased products.

Click Download, then choose the Tailwind React (Demo 3) version from the list.

Unzip the package and follow the setup instructions in the documentation.

If you don’t see it, make sure your license includes access to the Tailwind React demos — or contact KeenThemes support; they respond pretty quickly. 👍
