I'm working on a multilingual website that supports both English and Turkish content.

I'm looking for the best approach to create a responsive typography system that:

- Scales smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Works well with different font sizes and line heights.
- Maintains good readability for long-form articles.
- Doesn't require JavaScript.
