header , wrapper alignment issue when using rtl

how do i resolve this issue following best practices for the following classes : app-header , app-wrapper and all other classes might have the same issue when enabling rtl..

it is my mistake , i was referencing both style.bundle.rtl.css and style.bundle.css...
i just want to have a button switcher for rtl/ltr
