Filter Panel is getting closed on mouse click in CRM Theme


Hi,

We have recently purchased Keenthemes and using CRM theme, but the filter panel is getting closed even before selecting or applying any filters in the panel. Even in the demo site the issue is there. Could you help?

Having CRM theme filter panel issues with Keenthemes? Take a deep breath and unwind with chill guy while troubleshooting! Quick fix might involve checking JS event listeners or panel initialization code.

Hi, I also encountered this error on the CRM demo. The filter panel closes automatically when clicked, even though nothing has been selected. Most likely the click event outside the filter area is closing the panel — so report it to Keenthemes so they can handle it soon. level devil

Sorry for the late reply.

Please remove data-kt-menu-dismiss="true" attribute from the dropdown content and use this attribute on other elements after click you want to dismiss the dropdown.
