Error cannot install the Starter Kit ASP .NET Core


I followed the steps in the installer after the NPM Run Build step --demo1, I encountered an error:
"[Webpack-Cli] Invalid Configuration Object. Webpack has been Initialized Using A Configuration Object that does not match the API Schema.
- Configuration [0] .Ly ['JS/Widgets.Bundle'] Should be a Non-Empty Array.
-> All modules are loaded upon startup. The Last One Is Exported. "
Although I have modified the Tools/Package.json file as noted but still does not build successfully
