Doubts before purchase the Metronic templates

Our team interested to purchase the metronic template however we have few doubts on this.

Question:

a.) Does the amount of $49 comes with all the features as mentioned or need to pay additional charges?
"Metronic | Bootstrap HTML, VueJS, React, Angular, Asp.Net, Django & Laravel Admin Dashboard Theme"

b.) The demo or preview is looks amazing how the metronic works. Interesting! Does this will be have the same look and feel after purchase the theme or we need to do some customisation by our own to looks as what in preview?
