1) Metronic may use user browser cookies to store some layout-related state(sidebar minimized, etc).
2) Metronic is a frontend template that does not transfer or store any user-related data(e.g., email addresses, browsing history, user IDs).
3, 4 and 5) There is no such option as Metronic is not a complete application, it only provides you an HTML template that can be used as UI for any web application.

1. It's for all users who used Metronic applied site. However, you can opt out of storing any cookies from users. It's all optional.
2. As we do not collect, process, and store any data from our theme we do not have such a privacy policy. We have been in the theme market for 11 years and so far no company is concerned about the data-related policy regarding Metronic.
