Craft template and Blazor
Me and my coworkers bought your Craft template from the Bootstrap Themes website for a new Blazor project (https://themes.getbootstrap.com/product/craft-bootstrap-5-admin-dashboard-theme/).
In the description of the template there's a line about a server-side documentation for Blazor which I can't find in what I have received from you.
Where can I find those docs?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Craft actually does not provide Blazor integration and it was a mistake on the Craft description page. We apologize for that and if you need we can offer you a refund. To get your refund you email the marketplace support via themes@getbootstrap.com
if you need a blazer integrated theme you can check our Metronic theme from Themeforest. Please note that Metronic comes with basic Blazor server integration with Layout, Assets, Index, and Auth pages integration as a Starter Kit.
