Is there any way to use the KTScrollSpy component available in demo 1 of version 9 in version 8?

Hi

KTScrollSpy is not available in Metronic v8. The versions differ:
- Metronic v9 uses Tailwind CSS and KtUI components
- Metronic v8 uses Bootstrap 5
Use Bootstrap 5’s ScrollSpy plugin instead. It provides similar functionality.
