Hi,
Recently our project utilizing Metronic went through an upgrade from Angular 7 to Angular 15, and thus we also would like to upgrade the Metronic version we use. From the release note (https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/angular/docs/changelog) we can see that the last version that explicitly stated Angular 15 support is 8.1.8. However, the one that I obtained was version 8.2.5. I couldn't find any documentation stating backward compatibility of Metronic to Angular so I'd like to know if version 8.2.5 can be used with Angular 15.
Hi Luyao Tian
Sorry, upgrading from Metronic 6 to Metronic 8 is quite impossible. The version upgrade is major, and with each major version, we have significantly improved and modified the HTML and CSS structure from the ground up.
Thank you
Hi Luyao Tian
When you started with Angular 7, what is the Metronic version are you using?
If you were using Metronic version 7, it cannot be directly upgraded to Metronic version 8. However, if you were using Metronic version 8 with Angular 7, it is possible to upgrade to Metronic version 8.2.5, which is the latest version.
Hi Faizal,
When we started our project with Angular 7, we were using Metronic 6. Now that we have upgraded Angular version to 15, Metronic 6 still works in our project (with some small breakage on styling due to Angular version upgrade).
Hi Luyao Tian
You may refer to the angular upgrade guide here to upgrade the angular version.

Hi Faizal,
We have already upgraded our project from Angular 7 to Angular 15. We would like to know if we can use Metronic 8.2.5 with Angular 15. Thank you.
