Angular 17 support with esbuild and vite
Hello everyone,
we have read the roadmap for 2024 for metronic and we are very excited about that. We love this UI theme 
.
Nonetheless we are developing our application using Angular and recently updated it to Angular v17.
In order to make it work, we needed, of course, to make some minor changes. However, we weren't able to use the new Angular bundler based on esbuild+vite due to major incompatibilities with the way Metronic 8.2.1 bundles its assets with Webpack.
Now the question is: Will full Angular 17+ support be available for the current metronic 8.2.x branch, or will we have to wait for the next version?

Regarding your question about Angular 17+ support, we are working on upgrading Angular to version 17 in the next update.
In the meantime, if you haven't already, we recommend trying to upgrade your existing Angular version following the official Angular guide. Sometimes, the official guides provide insights into specific adjustments needed for compatibility with newer versions. https://update.angular.io/?v=16.0-17.0
