Warning message when downloading new copy of purchased theme


When I try to download an update of keen theme, a message appears saying "Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file Go to shop"

Why ? Am I not free to download as many copies I need since I have a valid license?

You should reach the marketplace support via themes@getbootstrap.com and request to reset the reached 50 downloads limit. You can also provide your order number and GitHub username so we can grant you the access to the private Keen repo.

PS: I set your post as "private" so you can provide your order id.
