Using Symfony Demo 1 "npm run build" Module not found: Error: Can't resolve './src'

I am using metronic_symfony_v8.1.8_demo1 template. I am facing issues while trying to compile and build the assets by following the documentation (https://preview.keenthemes.com/symfony/metronic/docs/getting-started). 1) I am not able to find _keenthemes/tools in the starterkit folder, therefore I am navigating to starterkit/assets/_keenthemes/tools. Not sure if I am in the right direction, your help and advise is very much appreciated. 2) After run the npm install command and remove "type": "module" in starterkit/assets/_keenthemes/tools/package.json, then I proceed to execute npm run build command. However, I am facing issue on this execution and following is error details and need help on this.
