Urgent Support Needed – JavaScript Files Not Working in Bold_HTML_Pro_v1.0.1

Dear Metronic Support Team,

I am currently working on a project based on Bold_HTML_Pro_v1.0.1 (Index – Default Layout), and I am facing a major issue related to JavaScript files that is preventing my project from functioning properly. I want to explain the problem in detail so your team can understand and provide a solution quickly.

Detailed Description of the Issue:

When I attempt to include the .js files provided with the project, they do not execute at all. This means that all interactive features such as dropdown menus, tables, charts, and buttons that rely on JavaScript are completely non-functional.

I have already checked:

File paths and confirmed they are correct.

The loading order of JS and CSS files in the page.

Required dependencies for each JS file (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap).

Browser console logs, but no clear error messages indicate why the files are not working.

The critical pages affected by this issue include:

Overview

Settings

Security

Activity

Billing

Statements

Referrals

API Keys

Logs

Without functional JavaScript, I cannot use any of these pages or interactive components, which completely blocks my progress on the project.

What I Need from You:

A full working solution or step-by-step guide to correctly include and enable JavaScript for all pages and components.

Any specific setup requirements or known issues for Bold_HTML_Pro_v1.0.1.

A working demo or reference project that shows how the .js files should be linked and executed.

If there are any known conflicts or errors that prevent the files from running, please explain them and provide solutions.

This issue is urgent, as it prevents me from completing my project on time. I would greatly appreciate your immediate support.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Hi,

Could you please provide some more details ? Have you installed the required development tools https://preview.keenthemes.com/html/bold-html-pro/docs/getting-started/build/gulp and recompiled your css/js assets ?

What kind of JS errors are you getting ? If you removed any code from the HTML level please make sure you exclude related js from the src folder.

Is the error in your modified version or in the original template ?

Regards,
Sean
