Unable to download Metronic - Spring Theme

I am unable to download the theme from here. https://devs.keenthemes.com/metronic/spring

On clicking on the "Download Demo1" button, it is redirecting to the following URL



The page is displaying the below error.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
