Some of the bootstrap things are not working

I had purchased your
"Metronic - Bootstrap 4/5 HTML, VueJS, React, Angular & Laravel Admin Dashboard Theme"
from ThemeForest but the thing is I am not able to use some elements like the select title bootstrap option. Even though it's showing perfectly fine in the below link.

I am copy-pasting the code shown in the view code section. Pls, let me know if I am doing something wrong. I think i am missing something there because not able to use bootstrap here.

Sorry for the late reply. The Bootstrap Select plugin is available in the older Metronic v7 for Bootstrap 4. Current Metronic v8 with Bootstrap 5 does not have Bootstrap Select plugin integration due to Bootstrap Select's incompatibility with Bootstrap 5. We will double check latest Bootstrap Select plugin and if it's compatible with Bootstrap 5 then we can plan the integration in a future update as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can check the Select2 plugin which is fully compatible with Bootstrap 5 and offers so many select input options.
If you need the older Metronic v7 version we can provide you a download link in a private post. Please let us know.

I want to use title tag with select but as you are saying it's available in Metronic v7. Can you pls help me with any alternative or any solution to use this?
Need to implement in a project.
