Sidebar Display Issue: Failure to Populate and Render
Hi there, The sidebar is currently experiencing a display issue on Android devices, where it fails to render properly, But this issue is not observed on iPhones, where the sidebar functions correctly. It's important to note that while the application is running the latest updated version of Metronic. we will conduct a thorough investigation into the root cause of the problem and work towards implementing a solution that ensures consistent sidebar display across all platforms.

Hi,
May I know which template, version, framework, and demo you are using? Is your android up to date? If not, pls try to use the latest mobile browser. Also please use chrome and Safari like modern browsers, other nonpopular browsers are not fully supported.

The template is METRONIC8 ORIGINAL/DEMO-1, latest version, HTML Framework,DEMO-1. Yes,the android is up-to-date. DId try it in chrome and safari which is also the newer version.

We have tested Demo1 on all kinds of Android devices and it worked well as expected.
Can you please send us a video or screenshot to clearly see the issue on your end ?

I have checked it again ,it is not working particularly for android devices alone. The caches were cleared and still we could not get it in android but it rendered for apple devices. kindly say me how should i add the screenshot or video in this reply section,could find the option to add an image or video

I have sent you a request to access the file. Could you please approve it so i can check the issue? Also can u you please confirm your Metronic version ? Is it the latest v8.2.5 ? If not, please try to download the latest version that we have released recently.

Also can you please double-check current Metronic's Demo1 preview on your Android device here.
Please note that it's important that we need to determine the source of the issue. This is not a general Metronic bug as we double-checked our latest version with iOS, and Android devices and all seem working fine. Also, we don't have any bug reports from other users regarding this.
So i assume there can be an integration issue in your development version.
Also, have you tested it on other Android devices ?
PS: Please double-check if you have any unclosed or broken HTML tag in your page's generated source code. You can use https://validator.w3.org/ by copy and pasting your entire HTML code copied from the browser code source.

We have checked your code and it seems you have some HTML tag errors in your code. Please check the errors marked with red https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fvishful.co.in%2Ftestnet%2Findex.php and try to fix them.
Most probably android devices can not render your page properly due to those broken tag errors.
Please note that this is not Metronic's issue. Metronic original pages work fine on all devices, including Android.
