Session Timeout


I am having troubles with keeping a user logged in. I have removed the session-timout js script but my users are still being logged out when trying to go to a different page after being on a different page for longer than a half hour or so. Some of our forms are really long and sometimes someone can get stuck on a phone call. Then when they come back to finish the form entry or go to another page, they are then taken to the login page. Please help me figure out why this is happening... it's driving us all crazy! Thank you!

Hi,

The login timeout should be controlled by server-side code, not by the Keen HTML/js code.
Keen has no control of the logged-in user's sessions since HTML/js code can not technically do so.

Please try to contact the person who is in charge of the server-side code of your site ask to reconfigure the login session timeout settings as per your requirements.
