Search input should be in the same line as Filter and Add Subscription button


Hello,
I have a problem with Metronic (demo 11).
I want to use this particular page:
https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/demo11/apps/subscriptions/list.html
Unfortunately, on localhost this page looks a little bit different - both Filter and Add Subscription buttons are in a different row (I mean they are not in the same line as the search input).

The same problem happens in terms of other tables (for example customers/list.html).
Could you please let me know what is going on? I can't see any errors in my console/network tab.

Hi,

Are you using the latest Metronic v8.1.8? Could you please re-download it from Metronic Downloads? I just checked the latest version metronic_html_v8.1.8_demo11/demo11/dist/apps/subscriptions/list.htmlit works the same as in the preview. Could you please double check it ?
