Replace EJS with handlebars

Hello!
Is it possible to replace EJS with Handlebars in projects developed for Node.js? If so, how can I do it?

<pre lang="scss"></pre> for SCSS code block
<pre lang="php"></pre> for PHP code block
<code></code> for single line of code
<strong></strong> to make things bold
<em></em> to emphasize
