I ran into the same while doing Game Development Consulting had to tweak the webpack.config.js to handle Metronic’s assets properly. Check their docs for SCSS and plugin setup.

Currently, we don't have specific documentation for integrating Metronic with Webpack Encore. Could you please clarify which Metronic application you are using? Are you using the HTML version, or are you referring to a different version or platform?
