Metronic gulp error


Hello I am trying to install Metronic 8.2.3 asp.net-core.
I have the latest Node.js Yarn & Gulp installed.
However I get and error when running gulp --demo1

[11:13:01] Finished 'default' after 170 ms
Error in plugin "sass"
Message:
node_modules\prism-themes\themes\prismjs.bundle.css
Error: TypeError: null: type 'JSNull' is not a subtype of type 'String'
C:\Users\XXXXX\Downloads\metronic-responsive-admin-dashboard-template\metronic_v8.2.3\asp.net-core\metronic_asp.net-core_v8.2.3\Starterkit\_keenthemes\tools\node_modules\sass\sass.dart.js:6352
throw error;
^
