i buy metronic
in demo review i have float button to open Metronic Builder
i didn't found it after purchase and download theme
and i found item in menu layout builder but on click on it ,it go to your link not link from folder i downloaded theme on it
i mean their is diff between the demo review in site and purchase copy
i need ltr and rtl layout how i can use it

Hi,
By default, the RTL assets(rtl CSS files) are not included in the package.
Please note that the RTL version is generated using gulp tools as explained here
The builder is available only in the preview site, it's not available in the static HTML templates. Basically, you can use the online builder to export the layout skeleton HTML template and use it in your development app with downloaded metronic HTML features.
