Metronic 9.x vs 8.x?


Are the Metronic 8.3 widgets compatible with the 9.x system?

I really like the widgets in the 8.x versions, but the 9.x doesn't have many at all. I'm trying to decide if I want to go with the lower version or try to build the 9.x as I go.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.

Metronic v9 and v8 are not compatible due to v9 is based on Tailwind while v8 is based on Bootstrap. We will add more widgets for v9 in the upcoming updates. We would suggest you going with v9 as Tailwind is now becoming defacto framework for the web.

Yes I saw thar 8 was Boostrap after posting this.

Did you mean "Tailwind IS becoming the defacto?"
