Metronic 9 with Nextjs 15

Hello, I want to start a new project with Nextjs 15 that will be used only for the frontend, I will not be using any backend operations like crud.
Now, I want to implement your theme, but I am only seeing starter projects for nextjs 14. Also, I am redirected to CrudHunt, but I don't understand how can I implement the metronic theme I bought into the crudhunt project.
I want to use tailwind.

Can you help me out?
Should I use nextjs 14 and go with the existing project or should I use CrudHunt project and add the metronic components later?
I am kind of lost in the process..

Thanks in advance

Hi there!

Since your project is frontend-only and you’re using Next.js 15 with Tailwind, I’d recommend starting fresh with Next.js 15 and manually integrating the Metronic theme. While the existing Next.js 14 starter projects and CrudHunt are great, they might not align perfectly with your needs if you’re not using backend operations.

Here’s a quick plan:

Set up a new Next.js 15 project using npx create-next-app@latest.
Install Tailwind CSS by following the official Tailwind setup guide for Next.js.
Integrate the Metronic theme by copying the theme’s styles, components, and assets into your project. Focus on the parts you need (e.g., layouts, UI components).
This approach gives you full control and avoids unnecessary backend-related code. If you need help with the integration, let me know!Stickman Games

Good luck with your project!

Hi,

Curdhunt.com is our new react product, it's open source and it will offer high quality ui components and app. You can use it's components for your fronend part.

For Metronic we will release crudhunt compatible new tempaltes in a few weeks. Current 10 demos will be converted to crudhunt compatible tempaltes. Crudhunt will be our new direction we will release more UI blocks that any app would need.

Regards,
Sean

Hi Sean, thanks for the response.
We will start with Crudhunt right now and use the components provided there.

Hi,

Great decision.

Sure, just a small update. We will rename curdhunt.com to reui.io in a few days, this only the name change, the code and approach will remain. Expect amazing features for reui, we will make it one stop open source library for react and next.js.

Please star it https://github.com/keenthemes/crudhunt to get informed on the new updates.

Regards,
Sean
