Message and/or Chat

Hi there,

I'm looking for an excelent Bootstrap theme and I found it. I saw in your demostration a lot of excellent feautures.

I have a developer working on a custom management system for my school in PHP, and I would like to extend feautures of it. I saw for example you have how a Message or a Chat should looks with Metronic, but there's no app, or no code for that.

Could you recommend me options that works fine with your theme?

Thanks,
Julio

Hi,

At the moment Metronic provides only the frontend part of the Chat app and the actual functionality should be implemented by customers according to their project requirements.

You can use any suitable chat app backend that allows using custom HTML code for the frontend part.

Regards
Any recommendations? Also for Message.

Thanks!
We haven't used any PHP based chat solution so far so I would suggest you search on google and make a decision according to your project requirements.
I was wondering the same thing. WHY are these things in here if there is no code to go along with it? All this is showing us is a "screenshot" and not sure how this is helpful? We need the application to do what the theme shows us is possible. Did you develop this screen from the actual app? Where is this app? How do we get it, and will it allow us to chat with users on the front end or only other Admin users?

Also we are looking for strictly Javascript solutions, not PHP. From what I am seeing there is not one line of PHP code in this template, would that be true? Has the dev community called for moving away from PHP these days, as they are with Jquery?
