Info/Docs on Migration to Keenthemes
Hi Everyone,
We just completed our first year of service on a side project that used a theme that was not very supportive of mobile-based users. We are considering moving to Keen Themes, but I cannot find any reference information on how we could migrate to!
I have watched the videos on "First Project" and reviewed some of the documentation, but I am just looking for details on:
1) Installing a Theme.
2) Taking existing PHP pages and making them work.
Any help would be grateful and suggestions would help the decision on if we are able to easily transition.

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in Metronic.
The migration process should be quite straightforward. You will need to fully replace your HTML code and UI components with Metronic Components and <a href='http://keenthemes.com/metronic">layouts</a>.
The first thing would be to build the main page with the core layout and you can build other pages by using Metronic's existing components.

If you need ready to use app with authentication integrated with database you can consider our Laravel Starter Kit app that comes with basic Metronic demo1 layout integration and fully functional login and CRUD examples.

Quick Follow-Up Question. In that case, can our solution use our current SQL DB connection to log in users?
If not we will have to use our current index page and then redirect.
