HTML Part


We are building an API and currently exploring options for the frontend. I have a few questions regarding HTML usage. Can we fully utilize it like in React, for example? Is it possible to handle sending requests and dynamic interactions with JavaScript, or would it be more like a static HTML skeleton with just CSS? Additionally, regarding FullCalendar, do we need to purchase a separate license to access the full functionality of the FullCalendar library?
